People are voting for Kamala because….

She is Black/Indian or whatever the hell she calls herself and a woman. Sad that this election comes down to gender and race. So sad but very true.

People are voting for Harris because,
1. They hate Trump.
2. She is not Biden.
3. They hate Trump.

@IM5688 what about when she was in San Francisco?

@IM5688 4. the media built a straw man
@IM5688 Does it make sense to you that people vote for the one that is not a rapist?
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@Thewhazzupdude Trump was found guilty of sexual assault, NOT rape. Two very different things.
@IM5688 says
Trump was found guilty of sexual assault, NOT rape. Two very different things.
In this case, two very similar things. Trump's particular assault against E. Jean Carroll was digital penetration, and (when Trump counter-sued Carroll for defamation) the judge made the point that in many jurisdictions at the present time that would be classified as rape, but, in that jurisdictions at that time it was classified as sexual assault.

@ElwoodBlues So, on the legal record, the outcome is he was found guilty of sexual assault, NOT rape. Therefore, you should stop labeling him as a rapist as he was not found guilty on a rape charge.
@IM5688 I'll just point out that the judge in the case finds no fault with the use of the word "rape":

Judge to Trump: It’s Still “Substantially True” That You Raped E. Jean Carroll

There you have it from the judge himself, the allegation of rape is "substantially true."
“Ms. Carroll’s statements were substantially true,” Judge Lewis Kaplan wrote in his ruling Monday dismissing Trump’s countersuit. “Unlike the jury’s finding on the Penal Law ‘rape’ question, its finding on the sexual abuse question—and specifically its implicit determination that Mr. Trump digitally raped her—is conclusive with respect to this case.”

... But Kaplan called Trump’s argument “entirely unpersuasive” and noted that the New York penal law definition of rape is “far narrower” than in common understanding. ...

“The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was ‘raped’ within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape,’” Kaplan said in his ruling.

@ElwoodBlues Exactly and that very same judge clarified that in almost every other jurisdiction tRUMP committed RAPE.

What’s more, if he “never met that woman” why wouldn’t he submit a DNA sample to test against THE DRESS?
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@KunsanVeteran But he WAS NOT CONVICTED of RAPE. Whether or not the judge feels he did commit rape is a moot point since that was not the conviction. Also, had he been convicted of rape, Trump would have to added to the sex offenders registry, and he wasn't.
@IM5688 I never said he was CONVICTED of RAPE.

He is an ADJUDICATED RAPIST—learn the difference.
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@KunsanVeteran the judge made the point that in many jurisdictions at the present time that would be classified as rape, but, in that jurisdictions at that time it was classified as sexual assault.
Therefore, calling Trump a rapist is not correct.
@IM5688 Read the judge’s actual statement where he says that tRUMP is an adjudicated rapist.

Also, tRUMP is an adjudicated INSURRECTIONIST per the Colorado Supreme Court unanimous ruling.
