Biden and the Dems do not trust the Democratic process

Leonard Leo warns Biden-Harris efforts to radically overhaul Supreme Court could 'backfire'

Leo called Biden's efforts a disguised effort to "pack" the Supreme Court, the term for trying to expand its size beyond its current statutory limit of nine. That number was set by the Judiciary Act of 1869 and thus is one bill and the president's signature away from expansion.

"President Biden's proposed overhaul of the Supreme Court is really just another dressed-up attempt to pack the Supreme Court, and to attack the integrity of the court, without any real basis," Leo told Fox News Digital.

To say the Supreme Court has been in the crosshairs of Democrats and the political left over the years would be an understatement. From Biden on down, top Democrats have openly assailed rulings like the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade, that presidents enjoy broad immunity in official acts, striking down Biden's student debt handout, and restoring Trump to the ballot in Colorado, the latter of which was unanimous. Left-leaning media outlets have also unloaded in particular on conservative justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.Leo called Biden's efforts a disguised effort to "pack" the Supreme Court, the term for trying to expand its size beyond its current statutory limit of nine. The shortcut?

Democrats have very little luck getting their far left agenda through the proper LEGISLATIVE process.
(For the DEmoNazis here, that means a bill going through the House and Senate and being signed into law by the President.)

The courts have always been a shortcut for the goose steppers to screw this country with.

Then again, I wouldn't mind a Constitutional Amendment holding Congress to the sames term limits as the Presidency.

Just proof that you and this random have no idea what is actually being proposed.

Must be hard when you failed high school civics to follow what is going on.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Unlike you illiterate goose steppers, I actually READ the proposal.
It comes down to a practice the DemoNazis have used even during the FDR day. Adolf Roosevelt tried packing the Supreme Court because he couldn't get his communist agenda through Congress.

Roe came about because the DemoNazis couldn't get a national abortion on demand bill through Congress.

And the ONLY time those Concentration Camp aficionados want to change the court is when it actually READS THE CONSTITUTION and realizes Roe was unconstitutional.

Uh, EARTH TO SHIT FOR BRAINS: That's the job of the Supreme Court. To RULE on the Constitutionality of disputes, NOT TO GIVE THE NAZIS THE THINGS THEY CAN'T GET LEGISLATIVELY.

@Reason10 Your posts are getting louder, angrier, and more unhinged with every passing day.

You're seeing the writing on the wall for Trump in November, and you'd be right! 😂

@Reason10 I did too. And you clearly don't understand what is going on.

But then again you don't even understand the Overton Window.

Sorry I don't have time for a remedial civics class and I don't teach those who choose to be ignorant.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow it doesn't mean that you have to stick your nose in our politics either. You mind your patch of dirt and we will mind ours.
