Politics... I know, you are tired of hearing about politics; but...

I’m going to leave this right here:

The liberals (in the U.S.) are in trouble in the short and long-term… if they don’t get their collective act together.

Say what you will, but the conservative party is organized, and the ultra-conservatives more so.

Don’t believe me? Read Project 2025.

Check out all the smaller but very targeted news media platforms, blogs, and social media traffic, it is heavily dominated by the ultra-conservatives.

Look at all the legislation being passed in Red states, they are organized and in one state after another, you see Bills being passed to further their goals.

This organizing effort isn’t new, it began about the time Reagan was elected, or right before him.

Wake up and smell the roses before it is too late.

Cults are usually very organized around a particular belief or individual. That's not surprising. But the majority of Americans do not believe in the things articulated in Project 2025 and will not support them.
@windinhishair they may still vote for them because they don't believe it can/will actually happen though.

@windinhishair yep, and the ultra-conservative party is a cult with a savvy leader who treats them like sheep.

Nonetheless, it works and they (in effect) control the conservative party, and if they get their man in the White House, they will get much of what they outline in Project 2025.

@NerdyPotato If people don't believe what Trump has promised to do and elect him, they will deserve what they get.

@Ontheroad Sadly, yes.

@windinhishair yeah, I'm more apt to believe what he has proven himself to be than what he says. Orange guy speaks with a forked tongue.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Ontheroad What he is saying is just an extension of what he has already done, so that makes it more plausible.
Ontheroad · M
@windinhishair it's more in what he doesn't say and also what he says he has no knowledge of... specifically (but not only) Project 2025.

@Ontheroad He knows all about Project 2025. He's just lying as usual.
