If it's geared to spreading antisocial lies why is it called Truth Social?

Is there anything honest about Donald Trump or is everything he does a devious ploy?

So far there are two things I've seen honest about

1)Trump he honestly loves his children especially having desires on Ivanka.

2) he loves his self

NO he's not honest and everything he does is a devious plot for his gain.
