The infrastructure replacement only boost surveillance and control. it's illusion for the people complaining about it.

The $400 billion dollar program has about 40,000 projects identified in about 4500 cities and includes, manufacturing, green energy, upgrading and building bridges, rail projects, and on and on.

It's a very diverse program covering a multitude of infrastructure projects.

Govt has spent 7 billion for charging stations. As of this date, 7 are completed, no totally operational

@Patriot96 Americans would prefer to be more efficient and less harmful to their environment. Showing contempt for their plans certainly is what both parties do. It's working.
