PAC money again. 😞 That's their constituents. Virginia was once among the top on minimum wage in the 80s? What happened? Not west Virginia though.

Yeah. Remember that he also is responsible for West Virginians paying extra on their utility bills each month, too, right?

So Manchin has doubly-cursed his voters.
