No riots, etc., occurred the last time a Democratic Presidential candidate was shot at, and he died.

So if you compare apples to apples, they are similar in outcome even though RFK was killed.

@SomeMichGuy An interesting historical tidbit is that in the days immediately prior to the assassination, the John Birch Society distributed flyers in Dallas with the headline WANTED FOR TREASON and a photo of Kennedy, for being lax on communism and appointing anti-Christians to federal office, among other things. Without a doubt some of our fellow SW members are directly related to the members who did this, and still show similar unhinged beliefs.
