Now we know what he meant. The man is under a lot of stress..... and he knows what people are saying about him, making the stress worse.
Young & middle age people do the same, just not in the Limelight. Most people do it.
But when you're in the highest office in the country - one is expected to hold up under stress.

@carpediem only Biden can decide whether he stays in the race or not - so to comment let's leave Biden in the race has no meaning.
Hypocritical when someone says it's fake news when it's concerning Trump but fact when it's concerning Biden or any Democrat.
I have heard his far too many of his speeches far the past 9 years it is not fake news - (I don't practice lying nor would I spread the lies of someone else) - the man never quit campaigning - but then that keeps money rolling in - he keeps the lies going forth and that keeps his "sucker"s in his corner.

@SDavis Newsflash…..Biden is compromised. He has serious cognitive decline that is clear and obvious. I don’t think he can make a decision. The right thing to do is engage the 25th amendment for the benefit of the country. We’re in a very dangerous situation.
Yet, here you are acting as if everything is just dandy. I have heard his speeches. This is no surprise to me at all. His cognitive issues have been called out by many people right of center because it’s OBVIOUS. And has been for awhile.
