I'm half surprised Roberts didn't try to differentiate between "above the law" and "beyond the law" in the opinion.

So, do you think they've seen the light of Trump, or is it just that he's the batter they're calling balls and strikes for, and he needs a smaller strike zone?

Roberts is playing the same game he did with Obamacare. He wants the election to decide the outcome.

Alito and Gorsuch are true believers. Thomas still holds a grudge. Barrett? Can't quite figure her out yet.
