@Carla We do have another option. Michelle Obama could run for President with Barack Obama as her VP. When she wins, early in her presidency she resigns and Barack Obama becomes President and serves the remainder of her term. It would work a second time too.

The first thing Biden should do is eliminate the nitwits on the court and about 1,500 Repubs. It would be a good thing if he got lynched as a result because it would show the other dummies what happens when they make it possible for a dictator to take over. Chances are they would then write laws that even a kindergartener could understand.
