In the Wake of SCOTUS Decision on Presidential Immunity, President Biden Should Issue the Following Executive Order:

"The President of the United States shall not issue any order or directive to any federal employee, including anyone serving in the U.S. military, to assassinate anyone running for the office of President of the United States, nor of his or her Vice President, or of any Member of Congress or of any federal judge. Should he or she do so, such an order or directive shall not be considered part of his or hers official duties as President of the United States and he or she will therefore not be immune from prosecution."

This way, if Trump were to win re-election, he might end up being prosecuted some day. Or he'd have to recind the Executive Order or go to the Courts to ask it be struck down.
