Yeah, good ole Ronny! I’ve posted about him several times before. He still calls himself an admiral even though he was demoted to captain.
Ronny was an ER physician. At one time he probably was competent but his political ambitions and lack of ethics & morals were his downfall. Among other things, he was investigated for improper prescribing, inadequate medical charting/record keeping, ignoring safety protocols, being drunk on duty, sexual assault, wrecking a government vehicle, falsifying official documents, and creating a hostile work environment.
He is reputed to have mixed controlled substances and alcohol and his nickname was “Candyman” because he freely handed out schedule medicines without performing adequate medical documentation or performing even a cursory examination.
He probably didn’t actually perform the MMSE on RUMP; it’s more his MO to go over the answers to the screen in order for RUMP to more credibly lie about the result. RUMP would have you think he aced the short screen but the expected outcome is a perfect score.
Ronny did falsely say that RUMP was the most fit president in history, but the truth is, of our last 10 Presidents going back to Nixon, RUMP is clearly the least fit. Not only is he morbidly obese, his gait, speech, incoherent meanderings, his poor coordination, and his posture are all highly suggestive of dementia. He has never undergone a thorough neuropsychiatric evaluation by specialists to accurately diagnose his mental health. What’s more, he is known to fabricate his health records.
So along with his Bonespurs, college grades, business records, tax returns, affairs, etc. you can add his mental health status to the list of things he routinely lies about.
He is unfit by each and every metric.

@KunsanVeteran I believe DJT took the Montreal Cognitive Assessment ("MoCA"), which is also scored on a 30-pt scale.
A quick search of contemporaneous reporting mentions this test, which apparently includes the "draw an analog clock face" question.

@SomeMichGuy You are correct—it was reputed to be the MoCA. Again, I seriously doubt that Jackson actually administered the test. I think he just coached the now CONVICTED FELON on the answers. Again, a perfect score or darn near close to perfect score is the expected outcome and nothing to brag about. And certainly nothing to brag about repeatedly years later.

@KunsanVeteran It's like bragging you fogged a mirror, mentally.
