Now what was the crime again?
😅
😅

@Dino11 Business fraud with the intention to influence an election.
You see—that’s a Class E felony in New York.
He was found GUILTY on ALL 34 COUNTS.
That makes him A CONVICTED FELON.
Is that simple enough for you to understand?

Oh—and it was a UNANIMOUS DECISION BY A JURY OF HIS PEERS.
AND HE WAS HELD IN CONTEMPT 10 TIMES DURING THE TRIAL.
Or did you miss that, too?

@KunsanVeteran sorry, too easy to overturn.
Multiple choice charges get shot down
By the SCOTUS, even in 97% Democrat districts
With no Republicans on the jury,
And a DA that ran for office on a ‘Get Trump’
Ticket.

@Dino11 The district is not 97% Democratic. That's a lie. How do you know there were no Republicans on the jury? Because of the verdict? Do you believe Republicans are incapable of following the law in a criminal trial?

@Dino11 New York State. Won’t be overturned given the mountain of evidence including tapes of Trump and Cohen, multiple checks with the dummy’s signature, witnesses testimony (including your boy Costello’s which put the last nail in the CONVICTED FELON’S COFFIN.)
He’s going to prison.

@Dino11 So it wasn’t simple enough for you to understand!
KunsanVeteran · M
@windinhishair He was tried where he perpetrated his crimes

@Dino11 No e of that matters because those aren’t legal issues.
