Trump is a criminal.

Should people now call him Mr. Criminal?

For what it's worth, I don't think Trump should be jailed for the financial shenanigans involving a porn star. That entire trial appears overblown and plays into his victim narrative of a witch hunt. I'd much rather he'd be jailed for his part in inciting an insurrection at the Capitol. That's by far the more serious criminal act carried out by Trump, and that's the one that should become his legacy, like Watergate was for Nixon.

@Richard65 it's not illegal to pay hush money. There were no financial shenanigans.

@SamInAZ yes there was, he illegally listed it as a business expense on his tax returns. That's a crime in New York. A jury found him guilty on 34 counts, so I'm not going to waste time debating that with you.

@Richard65 You think Trump does his own taxes? That's hilarious😂
Richard65 · M
@SamInAZ whatever, they were his taxes and he'd have signed off on the returns, so the buck stops with him. They had a trial, expensive lawyers presented evidence and an independent jury of citizens found him guilty. In response, you just have your ludicrous opinion. Now THAT'S hilarious 🤣🤣🤣

@SamInAZ Trump signed the checks. He’s a notorious cheapskate, and wouldn’t have paid Cohen $400 grand without knowing what it was for.

What’s the point, it’s not like you even know what the case was about.
