Bad idea. The senate and house always needs to be split between parties to keep one party from having all the control.............jmo......

And what purpose does that serve?
I can see why a voter may cast a ballot for a presidential candidate of one party and ballots for their Members of Congress for another. Or when there is a really bad choice or when you have fundamental, ideological differences with a candidate for Congress.
But just to keep one party from passing legislation that you want passed?
That's like having one person painting your house while having someone else spray washing all the windows at the same time.
