@WalksWith The judge might want to publicly confront him on this by calling him out by explaining in [b]very simple terms [/b]that he has [b]the Constitutional right to testify but if he does he must submit to cross[/b]. Then explain to him in [b]very simple terms [/b]exactly what the gag order applies to and what it doesn’t.

If he still can’t comprehend these matters or pretends he doesn’t, it is time to call in a court appointed forensic psychiatrist to establish whether or not he is competent to stand trial. His demented behavior cannot be ignored much longer.
