How is a gag order preventing only the defendent from defending himself fair in a US court?

Any defendant other than Trump would have been held in contempt and jailed, if they made the kinds of public statements he has made in his cases so far. Yet again, he is showing he thinks he is above the law. Lock him up!

@MarineBob Have you seen the prosecutors discussing the details of the case outside of court since it began? Has the judge made any public comments outside of court?
