Should Republicans emphasize how cities are putting dryfronts over black Americans because the media is suppressing it?

Chicago approved $70 million for dryfronts while black communities get next to nothing. Blacks are seeing this around the country and many know it is not right. Biden told them them that they are not black if they dont vote for him. Democrats know that can put Negroes in the back of the bus over and over again and they will still vote Dem.
