I want to hear Keith Davidson’s testimony

Mr. Davidson is a California based victim’s right lawyer who in the mid-2010s represented adult film actress Stormy Daniels and Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal. Davidson tnegotiated payments in exchange for refraining from publicly discussing their sexual encounters with then-presidential candidate Donald Trump. These settlements drew Davidson into the Trump campaign expense controversy. He has since cooperated with special prosecutor Robert Mueller's investigation.

I think his testimony will have quite an impact on the jury.

@MistyCee He has quite the history—most of it bad. I am curious what he knows that the prosecutor might call him. Also, his credibility will be a problem. I am wondering if he will really testify.

@KunsanVeteran Credibility is a problem with everyone in this case, but Davidson testimony could be really interesting and might help with Cohen's credibility. It could also open up cans of worms.

Davidson has a sordid and complicated history with Trump, Daniels, McDougal, Cohen, and likely Pecker.
