Donald Trump vs United States: Part Two

The above case has presented an unprecedented constitutional quandary for the court.

There were two entities on January 6, 2021: 45th US President, and Donald Trump.

SCOTUS has to deliberate on which identity of the defendant is being charged for the criminal offense of obstructing official proceeding by Congress on January 6 at the Capitol.

Jack Smith for the prosecution says it is Donald Trump.

Defense counsel says it is the President.

What do you say?

Clearly he was the president. Smith, on behalf of the Biden campaign, would say anything to interfere with him in the election.

@carpediem Of course, it is the President.

Trump incites resentment in people suffering inferiority complex. They refuse to accept him as US President presiding over them. It was the same situation with Jesus who was reviled by the Jewish establishment and their cohorts.

Is supposed to be the Republican version of a catch 22 situation?
