First of all, the tape recording had nothing to do with alleged Stormy Daniels payoff. Secondly, the recording was unclear and ambiguous. Thirdly, it is illegal for lawyer to tape confidential client conversation and therefore inadmissible evidence. Fourthly, Cohen has been convicted of perjury lying to Congress and not a credible witness.
