That is why you still remove them, if you do get arrested demand a jury trial, none would convict you, then you'd set a court precedent for future squatter removals in your state. Source: My older stepsister who's a retired county prosecutor, she has told me in the past that is how even one person can get bad law removed from the books.

@NativePortlander1970 lawyers and courts are expensive for example a few years back i got a parking ticket now i wasn't going to fight it or anything the ticket was 35$ the "court fees" just to pay the tickets were 160$ + 35$ admission fee 35 for the violation. Squatters should have zero right to stay in any dwelling they do not own or pay for. Honestly the property should have the right to remove them by force. This is why i support laws like Florida has that actually allows property owners to do exactly that.

No. Communism is the kind of politics where there's universal housing and the voters control the means of production, probably the means of communication, too.
