Why is there congress party in many countries? do all of them cooperate with each other?

Because some countries the term congress is a term used for the house where politicians meet to make the laws.. So there are many political partiers who adopted the name.. And no the congress parties are not all aligned around the world.. Some of them are more coservative some of them are leftist..
