The only congress parties in my country involve sexual congress. In such circles, cooperation helps.

Because some countries the term congress is a term used for the house where politicians meet to make the laws.. So there are many political partiers who adopted the name.. And no the congress parties are not all aligned around the world.. Some of them are more coservative some of them are leftist..

A "congress" means (usually) the country is a democracy. Elected representatives of the people who conduct business of the country......create laws....vote on laws.......taxes....etc.
