@pdockal Here's an original idea: (and I haven't heard this yet.) How about basing it on the monetary value of the worker?
How about admitting that some workers are more valuable than others? How about admitting some occupations are more valuable than others?
If a worker wants to make more money, let him work harder and smarter. Let him do what a LOT of people have done and go back to school to get a useful degree and more marketable skills to get a better job. Why punish a company for a worker's laziness and stupidity?

@Reason10 All that does fit the socialist agenda that is being forced on America. It makes too much sense. It is entirely too fair. And it is too good for our nation so there are those who dont want it.
