Would hope the first with a ankle collar at minimum. Why have the public pay for a luxury jail cell. Have him pay even for the ankle collar sold to him by the government.

@whowasthatmaskedman I SUSPECT they are using a limited form of AI now. So it's no longer just a filter. Why special symbols even make it hidden.
