That said, being this is an election season he needs to tread lightly.
If Iran specifically targets U.S. interests or military, then yes, he might respond militarily.
You see, the Iranians, no doubt realize a strike on Israel will have consequences.
Reports now say drones have been launched from Iran to attack Israel. Hopefully most will be destroyed before reaching their intended targets.
But again unless U.S. interests and/ or military are targeted the administration will not engage militarily.
