He wasn't explicitly charged for it, and he's pretty much still claiming he has a first amendment right to intimidate witnesses, prosecutors, judges and jurors.
Plus, whomever calls in the bomb hooax or maybe even sets off the bomb will be a "special person," a hostage if they're imprisoned, and maybe pardoned if they successfully get Trump re-elected by shedding non-Trumpist blood.
Seriously, what's the difference between armed sightseeing in the people's house as opposed to in the people's courthouse?
