Is the USA a serial killer of other nations?

After WW2, the US has been seeking out and destabilizing other nations through bloody civil unrest. The brutality doesn't stop there. The dismembered nations are plundered and robbed of their autonomy. The savagery is driven by the need to protect access to resources and establish dominance over rivals.

Sometimes it pays to be a nation that "aint got $h*t".. If you "aint got $h*t" all you will get from America is "thoughts and Prayers" Ask Haiti..😷
