Is the USA a serial killer of other nations?

After WW2, the US has been seeking out and destabilizing other nations through bloody civil unrest. The brutality doesn't stop there. The dismembered nations are plundered and robbed of their autonomy. The savagery is driven by the need to protect access to resources and establish dominance over rivals.

@Picklebobble2 Except this is the era of civilization and if you have to make an excuse up to do it, you know it's wrong. Having said that serial killer is incorrect serial regime changer would be more accurate.
