Is the USA a serial killer of other nations?

After WW2, the US has been seeking out and destabilizing other nations through bloody civil unrest. The brutality doesn't stop there. The dismembered nations are plundered and robbed of their autonomy. The savagery is driven by the need to protect access to resources and establish dominance over rivals.

@MarineBob As well as stop all funding to the military industrial complex, close all foreign bases, and bring all the troops back. Did it ever bother you that it has always been the NG sent to the front lines since Desert Storm instead of the regular Army? That leaves the US wide open to attack.

It's not foreign aid. It is payoffs to foreign regimes acquired as CIA assets for protecting US interests.
