Do you think the bridge collapse in Baltimore was an accident, or something else

When Americans want high speed rail, they don't change the tracks or anything - they just floor it and go fast. The train might fall off the tracks then, like in Seattle.
You have super tankers now but nothing changes in the bridges. Duh.
