Impossible to say at the moment. I am curious why the boat made a semicircle as it took aim at the bridge.

@BizSuitStacy completely agree. Very strange but then most accidents are strange. I honestly will wait and see. I am certainly not ruling out sabotage. I simply want to know for certain.
