Yep. This is why the McConnells of the GOP cynically ride Trump’s coattails despite knowing he’s a sociopath. The goal of these folks has always been to eliminate SS and Medicare.
The border, bathrooms, Hunter Biden etc are the distractions to cover the agenda.
