At the start of all this, I predicted hundreds of thousands of Palestinians would die. The majority will be by starvation or disease, rather than direct combat deaths but the impact is the same. I take no pleasure in being right.

One can hide from an air strike, but one can't hide from hunger. Nuclear weapons are probably most efficient, but obviously situational.

It's not which is more efficient, it's which is more profitable. Every bomb dropped must be replaced at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars to the taxpayer.
