Well, they have to have considered such scenarios for each other.

Not a surprise at all.

The bigger surprise will be when it is discovered that NK has also considered this against China.

China can absorb losses. NK can't.

@beckyromero I think NK is limited by its production capacity, but it could def clear out some of the waves which could end up being deployed against it.

Hypersonic at esp. short ranges is a devastating development.
