Nothing to disagree with. These facts were proved in court. Trump would not have gotten a fairer trial with jurors. In fact, arguably, he did pretty well with this judge. The judge let him carry on his business enterprise. Also, he got a comprehensive written decision, which he wouldn't have gotten with a jury. With a jury he'd just get a verdict.
