Trump has already appealed the verdict. Unless procedural discrepancies are present, his appeal will be denied.
Trump's only hope is to be found immune. And that is highly doubtful. But not impossible.

@Carla Guilt has been predetermined by the judge who claimed testimony was given that confirmed Trump's guilt in a previous hearing. It was not. The judge ordered the jury to find Trump guilty. Any time Trump's attorney makes progress, he threatens to lock her up. Judicial misconduct and prejudice, directed verdicts based on evidence never given, and constant harassment of the defense counsel to prevent her from making her case all spell immediate appeal. The defendant was never given a fair trial, but rather was tried in a kangaroo court. Sorry, miss Libby...that won't fly.

@TexChik trump was found liable for sexual abuse and defamation by a jury. Not a judge, last summer.
This is for continued defamation as he was already found to have abused carole.
It was trump's decision not to appear at his first trial to defend himself. The judge even gave him extra time to do so.

Habba continued to try to go around the judges orders. You cannot deny guilt when guilt has been determined by a jury. Which a previous jury did.
Seems odd that i, as a layperson, know this and you as an "attorney", do not.
