"Cuisine" is what the middle classes and wealthy talk about. Do you think someone who loses their job or home to immigrants cares about cuisine?
What does this have to do with ethnic cleansing? Anti-immigration in a strong and unified nation is preventive and may seek to protect, while ethnic cleansing tends to be a deliberate, violent, and uninvited form of immigration.
