@JSul3 Ukrainian are allowed to Evacuate to Russia and not being treated as second/third/fourth class Citizen. This is not the same with Israel policy toward Arab/Palestinian.

@JSul3 They are already returned. Ukrainian in the south are allowed to Evacuate to Russia and treated equally. Israel don't let Gaza people evacuate to Israel.
