Colorado now wants Trump on its ballot

Some uneducated moron asked me for proof. Colorado actually wants LEGALLY ELECTED PRESIDENT TRUMP on its ballot even though its Supreme Court violated the Constitution by kicking him off.

Colorado to include Trump on 2024 primary ballot as state GOP appeals to Supreme Court

The Colorado secretary of state will include former President Donald Trump on the 2024 Colorado primary ballot after Republicans filed an appeal to the Supreme Court.

On Wednesday, the Colorado GOP filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court after the state Supreme Court's decision to remove Trump from the primary ballot.

Following the appeal, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold announced that she will include Trump on the primary ballot on the Jan. 5 certification deadline, unless the U.S. Supreme Court affirms the lower court's ruling or declines to take up the case.

Now, to bring the uneducated folk here up to speed, the Colorado Supreme Court has violated the Constitution by taking Trump off. They claim it was based on his leading an insurrection. Thing is, he was IMPEACHED for precisely that crime and was found NOT GUILTY by the Senate. So there was NO insurrection to charge him with.

(There was no insurrection, anyway. Liberals are pretty STUPID when they call that romp on Capitol Hill an insurrection.)

So the United STates Supreme Court (which, thanks to Trump nominees has a pretty good track record on reading the Constitution) will easily reverse the Colorado NAZI decision.

He is going to run and he is going to win, even with voter fraud. Most of the country wants him to be president. Most of the country wants UNELECTED JOE GONE.

Those are the facts and they don't care about your feelings.

Sorry, but the facts are different than your presentation. Trump was impeached for his antics surrounding January 6, which DO constitute an insurrection. He was not removed by the Senate, even though 57 Senators voted for his removal. However, the 14th Amendment does not require a criminal conviction to prevent an officeholder from running for future office. This is the issue that the Supreme Court will have to take up in 2024.

Trump lost the 2020 election, and by a similar margin as the one he won in the Electoral College in 2016. Both times he massively lost the popular vote, by 2.8 million in 2016 and 7.2 million in 2020. A majority of Americans didn't want Trump either of those times, and a majority of Americans do not support him now, just as a majority of Americans will not vote for him in 2024.

That innocent little romp on Capitol Hill (which was led by ANTIFA) is NOTHING compared to those riots, which the Democrats approved of.

And others have a right to call out your bullshit and lies, and even to criticize your descent into name calling to call people Nazis and morons when they are anything but that, just because you have nothing else to say.
