Like all legal challenges.....maybe some will fail because of wording.....but the next one will re-word to get around that. By the time the 20th one comes along all technicalities will be re-worded. And if any ONE challenge succeeds....all states that want him off will re-sue using the tactic that works. It worked to repeal abortion like that. It will work for this too. And if not....what kind of damage will it do to him if over 20 states want him gone but he only stays on the ballot because of the pro-traitor stooges on SCOTUS that will ignore the Constitution to support the cult leader as pay back for their jobs.
