Who Keeps a Copy of Mein Kampf Around, Repeatedly Quotes From It But Claims He Never Read It?

I believe he never read it because he can barely read. I think the reason he kept the book around is because he sees it as a symbol of power. It's similar to how he constantly praises dictators. Having Mein Kampf around makes him feel like a big strong dictator.
