Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho. It's to SCOTUS we go! To those who doubted me: sure, I could say, "I told you so." But instead I will remind you...

I'm waiting for Trump to call the justices he nominated "ingrates."

"I put them there, why aren't they helping me?"

@LeopoldBloom My money is them overturning Colorado, with the excuse that "The voters should decide.."😷
@whowasthatmaskedman You're probably right. Another possibility could be refusing to rule on it, on the grounds that the states run their own elections, not the federal government.

@LeopoldBloom In which case the ban stands and you can expect more states to join in..😷

California needs to ban Trump from being on the ballot, for him instigating Jan 6th.Then Trump could not run at all. No candidate can win without California.
@whowasthatmaskedman You're talking about the primary and choosing the nominee, although Trump is so far ahead of the pack, I'm not sure he needs California. The Colorado Republican party is exploring the idea of a caucus, which they say isn't bound by the 14th amendment the way a primary would be, although I don't see how that matters.

@LeopoldBloom Yep..As I have said earlier, I dont have dog in this fight. At my distance another Trump term makes little long run difference..But there just isnt a good news story in this for Americans. First the elephant in the room of the US hollowed out economy running on debt.. (And thats the seriously important one) And it will be directed by either a vengeful maniac who will line his own pockets with whats left , or a guy who look sadly past his use by date now, let alone in four more bad years..😷

Trump has no chance of winning California anyway, so it doesn't matter if he's on the ballot or not.

Actually, as Trump would say, California is "huge."

It's a big batch of delegates that would be denied to him.

If he doesn't win the nomination, he's not going to win the general.

As if it's a pro-tracted fight to get the nomination, the knives will be out for the convention if there's no guaranteed nominee.
