He wrecked a government vehicle—allegedly driving drunk—and his nickname was “Dr Candyman” for dispensing prescription medications without proper documentation or indication. His specialty was Emergency Medicine and his credibility in the medical profession is “zero”.
Ronny was a disgrace to the Service, the medical profession, and now the Congress.
