But, if he had a jury trial and was treated fairly, all the charges would be dismissed.
Several influential legal organizations, have said the the charges were weak and political.

@DallasCowboysFan My ghast is totally flabbered by that response. In exactly what world, where all the legal documents proved at summary judgement that fraud was committed, robbing the State of New York of funds that then burdened the other residents on the state, should he have have had the case dismissed. It happened , as sure as the sun rose.. Please, show your working...😷

@DallasCowboysFan He will never go to trial because they know he will be acquitted. If they have a paid jury and find him guilty, the games they have played thus far guarantee him a new trial and a different jury. They are just throwing mud and making false accusations, like they always do.
