Yes, beheading infants gives amazing dignity to the killers.

@ChipmunkErnie Don't look at what they're doing; violence begets violence. Ask why they're doing it.
There is no confirmation and sources have retracted the report the babies have been beheaded.

@Graylight Yes, violence begets violence: starting with the massed multi-nation Arab attack against Israel from the day it was recognized as a sovereign state.

@ChipmunkErnie If Israel was recognized, why would there be Arab attack since the day it was recognized?
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
@sree251 Because that's what happened. The Arab nations refused to recognize Israel and declared they would obliterate it. They lost the war -- and subsequent wars -- and Israel remains.

@ChipmunkErnie Israel, supported by the west, remains to fight on. And it will go on the way Vietnam was bombed relentlessly. Oppressive invasion cannot prevail.

@ChipmunkErnie Yes, that's after their land and homes were given to Israel in order to form a free state of their choosing, all without asking the Palestinians. One in which some Palestinians must show papers just to walk from their home to work. You should probably be acquainted with history before discussing it.

@Graylight The Palestinians were given a land of their own at the same time. Sadly, the Arab reaction was to try and taken all of the area for themselves and drive out the Jews. It didn't work, and then the Arab nations turned their back on the displaced Palestinians, leaving them in camps, etc. instead welcoming them into their nations. The original UN concept included a Palestinian nation covering the West Bank and Trans-Jordan.

Given by the British whose Middle Eastern empire stretched from the Suez to the Persian gulf. The white man created the mess in Gaza today. Arabs, and every other people under colonial rule were viewed with contempt. Jews, on the other hand, were not only part of European culture but also have influence and power in government and finance. Jews wanted a homeland in Palestine, and they told the Brits where they wanted it. And we Americans are perpetuating the same obnoxious superior attitude in our relationship with other people. We are not part of the UN. The UN is a part of the US!
