Don't you know anything about executive powers and its limitations? Anything Obama can institute by executive order Trump can undo with an executive order. Obama should have done the hard work and got congress to legislate it which would make it much harder for Trump to undo since he would have to get congress to repeal its own legislation.

@hippyjoe1955: No matter what or when the Executive Orders of the previous president became effective, it’s very difficult to change them. No President in history has been able to go in and simply (and unilaterally) reverse the orders of the last President, even “last minute” ones. George W. Bush threatened the same thing as Trump, for example; in reality, he was able to overturn very few, even with congressional support.
