People being in the Capitol that day when they were not allowed to be there means they entered illegally.

If they were truly there to be peaceful, they should have gotten the heck out of there when the barriers were breached, because that was the time when a line of peacefulness was crossed into mob action.

The breaching wasn't invited and some injuries happened then. Anyone participating in that or crossing that line is guilty.

And courts examining the evidence agree.
