@Mindful That won't do squat in Oregon, the voters for decades kept rejecting self service every time it appeared on the ballots, actually making this new "law" illegal by the state Constitution as voter referrendum supercedes assembly law.

@Mindful In this case, self service gasoline, pumping your own instead of gas station workers pumping it for you, the Californians and East Coasters that moved to Oregon have always hated people pumping gas for them, they always wanted to do it themselves, and have always gotten petitions signed to put it on ballots for voters to decide, which they always said no, so the Californian and East Coast carpetbaggers (politicians that move from state to state to get into the politics there) decided to do it legislatively, bypassing the voters illegally, because Oregon is a voter referrendum state. When it comes to politics, the voice of the people in America is often ignored.
